So our PPD session lecturer madam Sarasi had arranged us an out bound training program for us in Eastern Naval Commandant Base, Trincomalee(Naval & Maritime Academy in Trincomalee). We spent two days in that naval base. They supplied us in advanced accommodations, foods and beverages us. Also they had arranged us good programs to enhance our leadership qualities. They grouped us into four groups.  Within the team works we understood what are the weaknesses of us in leadership, communication, time management and etc. As well they had organized us a fire camp and variety show. As an undergraduate of Software Engineering degree program, in near future we have to spend a professional life.So we will be able to participate into conferences, clients meetings, top board meetings, professional parties and etc.  So we have to learn on how to sit for a dinner/ lunch, how to behave in a table, how to wear professional dress code for office and parties. In some times it is a puzzle to select suitable dress code for a party. So we could over come with those problem after participated to the Hotel School table ethics session. The session was held at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and it was organized by madam Sarasi Senadheera. Head of the Department of foods and beverages conducted hole session for us. Also he expressed us to how to use court, tie, tie pin, cup rings in professional manner.
