Personal Progress Development
Personal Progress Development
What is PPD?
PPD stands for personal progress development
Why PPD?
Think about your degree program. After four year or three-year
degree program definitely you are OK with academics. But are you OK with personal skills? Sometimes
it may be. Sometimes it may be not.
When we go to the industry after graduation if we have not
personal qualifications, we will be failed at there. To be a talented person in
the industry we must have academic qualifications and extra qualities simultaneously.
We can complete our academics from lectures, practical sessions, workshops and self-studying.
How we complete our qualities. In our
degree program, our academic coordinates have introduced us PPD sessions. It coordinates
by Madame Sarasi Senadheera. She is very talented and an ideal lecturer for
this work. She was graduated from University of Bangalore in India with
Bachelor of Business Management. Also she was completed her Master of Business Administration
in Glyndwr University, United Kingdom. Also
she is with seven years’ industrial experience with different organizations.
In this PPD sessions we have to complete lot of soft skills
